Return & Refund Policy – Shukran Electronics

At Shukran Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy before purchasing.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged only if:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

• The item is damaged before delivery.

• The product received is different from the order.

• The item is returned with original invoice, box, accessories, and packaging.

2. Return Time

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. After checking, our team will confirm if the product is eligible for return, replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Physical damage caused by customer.

• Water damage or misuse.

• Scratches, broken display, or damaged body after purchase.

• Products without invoice, box, or accessories.

• Change of mind after purchase.

4. Warranty Products

If the product has warranty, it will be handled according to the warranty terms. The product may be repaired, replaced, or serviced after inspection.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or store credit. Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days depending on payment provider.

6. Delivery Charges

30 AED Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Shukran Electronics.
